WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong foundations in accounting (Exact Online), financial control, and cash management
- A mind for financial analytics and performance tracking
- Experience working across multi-entity, international structures
- A track record in system implementation and process reliability
- A balance of rigour and entrepreneurship — you get things done
- Mastery of English and Dutch or French
- Strong IT literacy with focus on financial and accounting software
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Chief Financial Officer, you will:
- Lead financial strategy and operations across 3 countries
- Report directly to the Board and help shape the strategic direction
- Own the numbers: from accounting and budgeting to forecasting and dashboards
- Implement smart systems that bring clarity, automation, and insight
- Drive financial discipline across entities while staying agile
- Be a thought partner to the CEO and Board in creating long-term value
