You will take the lead to follow closely the operations of our 400 « Apparts hotels » in main cities in Belgium and Luxembourg.

That includes ensuring the high-level quality of our units for our customers and their technical management. You set the objectives, follow the ongoing operations and set up relevant process to improve our organisation. You work closely with our teams Sales, Revenue management and marketing to increase our results.

• You supervise the follow-up and resolution of technical problems reported by the technical teams and the front office.
• You prepare the technicians’ schedules
• You analyse existing contracts with suppliers and seeks the best conditions
• You create a pole of resources to ensure the maintenance of the flats
• You assess the progress of assigned tasks
• You manage the anticipatory planning of works and openings of new units by carrying out control visits, necessary orders and adequate control
• You maintain trusting relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of work
• You ensure the safety standards of the buildings in operation are met
• As a key person in the company, you actively participate in team management meetings
