Notre histoire

Smartflats was founded in 2012 with the idea to step up the game and combine the comfort and ease of a hotel, with the flexibility and local feel of a rental apartment, but within a stylish and professional setting.

Thanks to the commitment of our young and dynamic team, we’ve been able to provide joyful memories to many guests ever since.

Today, we welcome our guests in their cosy temporary homes in many cities across Belgium and Luxembourg.

The Concept

At Smartflats we want to offer you space, flexibility and a real shelter. A place to feel at home. Our spacious apartments combine the ease of a private apartment with the services and comfort a hotel, and always at amazing, central locations. This is how you enjoy urban life at its best, whether you stay for 1 night or even several months.

What we strive for

We continuously work towards the best. Always on the lookout for the next great location, renowned designers to work with, or the best recommendations in each city (that last one is tough, but we gladly sacrifice ourselves to check out the hottest brunch places and coolest restaurants to provide you with tips).

If you feel at home in our apartments and make some beautiful memories along the way, then we have achieved our goal.
