A talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at Smartflats, in the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial analysis and an in-depth understanding of the hospitality sector.
You’re a business or economics student with a strong sense of pragmatism, flexibility and multitasking.
- Analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management.
- Carry out financial forecasts and budget analyses.
- Evaluate financial performance of various departments.
- Propose strategies to improve profitability and financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize costs and revenues.
- Monitor market trends and carry out comparative studies.
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a financial analyst, preferably in the hospitality industry or equivalent. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and data management tools (Excel, SAP, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information in a clear manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the hospitality industry.
- Bilingual (B2 level minimum) in French and English (written and spoken).
- Ease of use with MS Excel
- Previous experience of 3 months preferred
