A full-time handyman to carry out minor and major interventions, renovations and repairs in our apartments and buildings located in Brussels.

The work requires a flexible schedule, as planning will vary according to the tasks involved.

As a general rule, interventions are planned in advance and carried out within 5 working days.

However, in the event of emergencies or unforeseen situations, we need someone who can intervene as quickly as possible, ideally on the same day or within 24 hours at the latest.

As our handyman, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing blocked pipes, repairing windows and doors, maintaining curtains, checking locks and checking and repairing heating systems (radiators, boilers), among others.
