You will take the lead to follow closely the operations of our 450 « Apparts hotels » in main cities in Belgium, in the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

That includes ensuring the high-level quality of our units for our customers and their technical management. You set the objectives, follow the ongoing operations and set up relevant process to improve our organisation. You work closely with our teams Sales, Revenue management and marketing to increase our results.

  • You supervise the follow-up and resolution of technical problems reported by the technical teams and the front office.
  • You prepare technicians’ schedules.
  • You analyze existing contracts with suppliers and seek out the best terms and conditions.
  • You build up a pool of technical resources for maintenance of the flats.
  • You assess the progress of assigned tasks.
  • You manage the planning of work and the opening of new units by carrying out inspection visits, placing orders and carrying out appropriate checks.
  • You maintain trusting relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of work.
  • You ensure compliance with safety standards for buildings in operation.
  • As a key person in the company, you actively take an active part in team management meetings

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of maintenance aspects and general building techniques.
  • Be precise, rigorous and methodical.
  • Common sense, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and stress resistant.
  • At ease to create process and workflows to facilitate teams work.
  • Natural leader.
  • Passion for hospitality sector.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Talented to translate strategy into action plans
  • Loves challenges and reach results.
  • Bilingual French-English and Dutch is a Plus.
