No party or any kind of event can be organized in our Smartflats.

Our Smartflats have been designed to be an oasis of relaxation after a day of work or city exploration, a place to unwind and recharge. We make a priority to respect our guests and neighbours.

The number of people in a Smartflats cannot excessively exceed the authorized maximum capacity. We do not allow more people that the maximum capacity to stay overnight in a Smartflats.
