If you wish to stay at your Smartflats later than 11:00am, please contact our team on the day before your departure, either by phone or via email. Our team will inform you if we can accommodate to your request.
Please be aware that these requests are usually declined in order to let our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the flat for the next guests.

If you overstay past 11:00am without authorization from our reception team, we reserve the right to enter the Smartfats and store your personal belongings outside the apartment.
Extra charges will be charged for any unauthorized late check-out.
