Is there a warranty deposit to be paid?

Yes. A deposit will be asked several days before your arrival.

The warranty is a preauthorized amount on your credit card, automatically released within 7 days following your check-out, subject to the respect of the following (non-exhaustive list):
– no extra cleaning needed
– no unauthorized late check-out
– no damages in the Smartflats
– no missing items
– no pet hairs (Little reminder: we love pets (yours and ours!) but we do not allow them in our Smartflats)
– no cigarette smell
– …

The deposit amount varies depending on the Smartflats’ category and type.
