Where can I drop off my luggage?

In Brussels, you can drop off your luggage at our Smartflats Lounges, located in the city center:

LOUNGE GRAND-PLACE (TEMPORARY CLOSED DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS)

Rue du Marché au Charbon 9, 1000 Brussels
Monday – Friday : 10:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday – Sunday : 10:00am to 5:00pm

Boulevard du Midi 33, 1000 Brussels
Monday – Sunday : 10:00am to 6:00pm

In other cities, you can drop off your luggage in luggage lockers located in major train stations: Liège Guillemins, Antwerp Central, Gent Central, Leuven… You can get more info on the locker here.

Please remember that we do not have reception on-site, meaning you cannot drop off your luggage at the residence if you arrive before your check-in time.
