In most of our Smartflats’ residences, you can access the upper floors with an elevator. Nevertheless, some residences have a stairs-only access. You can find all details on the reservation page of the residence.

Is there a parking lot in the residence?

Most of our Smartflats’ residences do not have a parking lot. However, some do!This information is stipulated on the reservation page of the residence. A public (paying) parking is always within a few minutes walk from your Smartflats.
