If there is an issue in my Smartflats, what should I do?

If something needs to be fixed in your Smartflats or if you need help with anything during your stay, our reception team is available by phone or email 24/7. For any urgent matter, we highly recommend using the phone.

Our technical team will take care of the issue as soon as possible, according to the emergency level and the kind of work needed (we might have to wait on a spare piece for example). Rest assured that, a) you won’t have to wait for our technical team as they can access the Smartflats independently, and b) if issue is not fixable right away, we will always find a solution to make sure you still have a comfortable stay.
