Self check-in

We’ll come right out and say it: there’s no physical reception at Smartflats. Why would there be? A few days before arrival you’ll receive your personal access codes, which you can use from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. No Muss, no fuzz.

Digital reception

However, that doesn’t mean there is no personal contact with our staff. On the contrary, our team of receptionists is available 24/7 by e-mail, phone or Whatsapp. Staying in Brussels? Hop by our Smartflats Lounge in the heart of the city during business hours.
